I am lucky to have a past that is both rich and romantic with variety in people, places and work. Everywhere I have worked and everyone I have met shared or have had problems. The problems and the solutions are unique yet all problems have connected people and that is where the fun has been, in the challenge and growth that sprang from finding the solutions to the problems. 

 I love connecting and being part of the problem solving process. I love to work with anyone or any company who genuinely wants to solve their 'problem' .  From Madison Avenue to Florida across the country to California, I have worked with problems and people in advertising, magazines, resorts, wineries, and spas.  While working in the spa industry I became passionate in health and beauty. I left work to study and became a counselor and teacher. It is my pleasure, my life - to teach and counsel others as they consider their lives and changes they want to make to find more fulfillment and joy.

My education has included a Bachelor of Science from the College of Charleston in South Carolina and Certification from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition with Columbia University Teachers College, and I am a graduate of The Silva Method.  The American Association of Drugless Practitioners has certified me and recognized me as an expert in the health field as a Holistic Health Practitioner.  I am currently on the Teachers Path at the Chopra Center.  I will be teaching Primordial Sound Meditation in the summer of 2008.
